Mr. Chibidziura, consolut international ag has been located in Schaffhausen since 2006 and you would now like to expand your presence in Switzerland. Why is the Swiss market so interesting for your company?
The Swiss market offers considerable development potential for an SAP consultancy company with international experience, like consolut. The number of Swiss companies using SAP is steadily growing, as is the demand for a comprehensive range of services. consolut has an attractive portfolio for this target group, ranging from conceptual design to SAP roll-outs, migration to SAP, SAP basic consultancy and application and basic support. Only very view consultancy companies can offer such a wide range. In addition, consolut supplies its own SAP add-ons. Since the beginning of our roll-out on the Swiss market, many international groups who control their European activities from headquarters in Switzerland have been among our customers. Apart from international business, the next stage of our expansion strategy is to focus more intensively on the national market.
What is the secret of consolut's success?
We set very high standards for the quality of our services and these are reflected in the satisfaction of our customers. All consolut employees have comprehensive specialist expertise and high qualifications in both the technical and the commercial sector, which are reinforced by our in-house training program. Many consultants have degrees in computer science and management or additional qualifications as balance sheet accountants and have many years of experience gained on successful national and international reference projects. Our policy is to have all projects managed only by experienced management consultants who can meet our clients as equals. In view of our size, we are in a position to react rapidly and flexibly to all enquiries and to offer tailor-made solutions. I am certain that it can. Firstly, we are thoroughly conversant with the specific regional and legal requirements of the Swiss market and have expertise in a variety of sectors, including FS, public transport, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, manufacturing industry and retail/AFS. Another of our competitive advantages is our combination of highly qualified employees, many years of experience and a comprehensive service portfolio, which includes SAP R/3 implementation, BW implementation and migration to SAP. Our customers also benefit from the SAP support that we provide, which also covers specialized areas such as SAP basic consultancy, and from our SAP add-ons.
