Purpose

This program imports records from /SAPCE/* tables

This records must be exporting before starting upgrade

with program /SAPCE/SAPCE_TABLES_MIGRATION .

In the case that import is from memory, parameter 'Path to backup'

is empty.

In the case that import is from backup in the file system,

parameter 'Path to backup' is mandatory.
