Purpose

This report reorganizes SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R) exception data based on the validity period of high level exceptions as defined in Customizing underMaintain Configuration Data for High Level Exceptions. Low level exceptions are automatically deleted together with the high level exception to which they are assigned.

If a SAP BI system is active for the F&R system, the deletion report considers the last extraction date to BI in order to avoid deleting exception data before it has been extracted to BI.

SAP recommends that you schedule this report on a daily basis in order to avoid database overload.
