Purpose

You use this report for maintaining the assignments of follow-up/replacement products. You can display the substitute product assignments and make the following changes:

• Follow-up productassignments:
  Enter the substitution merge profile and consumption reference factor

• Replacement product assignments:
  Enter the substitution merge profile

Features

Selection

The selection screen contains multiple selection options. You must make an entry in at least one field to retrieve information about the replacement product assignment.

• Include Generic Assignment: Select this option to include the generic assignments in the report

• Location Number: Narrow the report by entering a range of locations

• Original Product Number: Enter the original product number to display information for that product number or range of product numbers

• Substitution Product Number: Enter the substitution product number to display information for that product number or range of product numbers

• Substitution Assignment Date: Enter a date here to include all assignments having a switch period with a starting date that is equal to or later than this date

• SubstProd-Merge-Prof:Select this field to include the substitution profile for the products

• SubstProd-Relation:Select this field to include products that have this relationship type. Possible options are:

• Time-controlled follow-up product

• Event-controlled follow-up product

• Event-controlled replacement product.

Standard Variants

You can create variants, but no standard variants are delivered with the system.

Output

The system selects the relevant replacement product assignments and displays them in a grid below the selection screen. You can expand the grid to full screen mode, which hides the selection screen.

Activities

If you change the parameters in this report, the /FRE/SUBST_ASSMT table will be updated.
