Purpose

The Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Analytics weekly table is enhanced with a completion flag thatindicates when the records are ready to be transferred to BI. The completion flag is set for records in which the currency field is populated.

You can improve the runtime of this XPRA by transferring the completed weekly information to BI and by running the Analytics clean-up report for the weekly information before the upgrade.

If the XPRA fails, restart it .

Integration

Prerequisites

Before the upgrade occurs, to substantially reduce the runtime of this XPRA, you have completed the following steps:

1. Extract F&R Analytics weekly information to BI. This extraction should be normally scheduled on a weekly basis.
2. Verify that the extraction is successful and the date of the records is correct.
3. Run the F&R Analytics Clean-Up report (/FRE/DB_ANA_CLEANUP) to delete weekly information that has already been transferred to BI.
4. Select dates for which you know the data is already transferred to BI, otherwise your data will be lost.
