/FRE/UPGRADE_50_PROCYC - Derive date field SDATE from week in /fre/procyc

Purpose

Up to F&R 4.1 procurement cycles can be defined with reference to a calendar week.

In F&R 5.0 the procurement cycles can be defined with reference to a date.

XPRA /FRE/UPGRADE_50_PROCYC sets the starting date (field SDATE) to the beginning of the calendar week (field START_WEEK) in the customizing table /FRE/PROCYC.

If the XPRA fails, start it again.
