Purpose

This report displays open maintenance documents (orders, notifications) where the responsible work center has been derived on the basis of a maintenance relationship.

Features

Selection

The Identifierand Counter for Identifier selection parameters aremandatory. Enter the Identifierof a maintenance relationship defined inthe /ISDFPS/FORMNTID database table (field FRGUID). Also enter an Internal Counter in the database table FRCNT/ISDFPS/FORMNT (field FRCNT) for this maintenance relationship. Input help is available for both selection parameters.

The Maintenance Notificationand Maintenance Orderselection parameters allow you to decide which type of maintenance document you want to display.

You can use the Open Documents, Documents in Process, Closed Documents,and Historical/ResetDocumentscheckboxes to restrict or extend the number of maintenance documents to be displayed, depending on their status. Open documents and documents in process are displayed by default.

Standard Variants

Output

The selected maintenance documents are displayed in the form of an ALV grid. You can use the forward navigation function to go to the detail and/or edit screen for an individual document.
