Purpose

DFPS Preparation of IDocs for inbound processing using file port (offline scenario)

Integration

In offline scenario <=> Transferring IDocs from system A to system B using file port [since no (RFC-)connection exists between system A and system B] the IDocs must, in certain circumstances, be adapted in terms of concrete sender and recipient before being imported to target system B.

At the transmission time, <DFPS_OUT> is always presumed to be the recipient in system A,

while, when importing to system B, <DFPS_IN> is always presumed to be the sender.

In source system A, you have sent IDocs to target system <DFPS_OUT> using the file port.

Prerequisites

In source system A, you have sent IDocs to target system <DFPS_OUT> using the file port.

The original file has been copied to the file system of the application server for target system B.
