CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend Services   Addresses (Business Address Services)

Purpose

You can use this report to import UCD service master data.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before you can import the UCD service catalog, you must store the corresponding file either locally or on the application server.

Features

If the service to be imported already exists on the database with a different time interval, the system adjusts the intervals for the service on the database so that the validity periods do not overlap.

Selection

Fixed Data for Service Master

  • Institution
  • SC Sample Service
Catalog containing the sample service.
  • Sample Service
The sample service is an existing service, which is taken from the database table NTPK. All the fields that are not specific to the French country version are inherited from this service (apart from the Charge Type).

You must make entries in all the fields.

Files

  • File Name
Enter the path to the directory where the file to be imported is located, together with the file name.

Data Origin
Specify the computer where the directory and file are located.
  • Import from Application Server

  • Import from Local Disk Drive

Execution Parameters

  • Service Filter from/to
You can specify which services are to be imported or excluded in these fields.
  • Key Date
The system only takes account of records in the input file that are valid after this date.
  • Outpatient Price Column from/to
Specify the price column(s) in which the system is to enter the net outpatient price(s).
  • Inpatient Price Column from/to
Specify the price column(s) in which the system is to enter the net inpatient price(s).
  • UCD-Code in Material Number
If you select this option, the service code is also entered into the Material Number field.
  • Test Mode
If you select this option, the system only simulates the checks and import for the selected services. It does not make any changes on the database.

Standard Variants

Output

You can select the services for processing on the overview screen.

Once you have selected one or more services, choose Copy. The system determineswhether it is to create a new service or create a new interval for an existing service. This reportdoes not change existing intervals (apart from when delimiting dates) so that manual changes to service master data are not overwritten.

If you have selected Test Mode, the system does not save the data.

The following information is provided after processing:
