Purpose

With this program, you can delete LIME collections that have already been successfully processed by an external application.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

You can determine the following settings on the initial screen:

SAP R/3 Inventory Management
MM-IM collections are to be distributed in SAP R/3 Inventory Management.

Business Warehouse
BW collections are to be sent to the Business Warehouse system.

External system
Legacy collections are to be sent to an external system.

Financial system
FIN collections are to be transferred to a Financial system.

Planning system
APS collections are to be transferred to a planning system.

Inventory system
INV collections are to be transferred to an inventory management system.

Number of days
You can specify that the LIME collections that are older than the specified 'number of days' are to be deleted.

Deletion date
As an alternative to the 'number of days', you can enter a date by which the LIME collections must have been deleted.

Standard Variants

Output

The system issues a log about the successful deletion of the LIME collections.

Activities

In the case of error, you must solve the cause of the error and repeat the deletion run.
