Purpose

You can use this report to create:

• WFM resources with time allocations and qualifications

• Groupware resources

for the resources from your application.

Integration

• Project resource planning uses the WFM Core as a planning service to determine your own resources with suitable availability.

In the WFM Core, each business partner is mapped as a WFM resource. Each business partner can have oneor more time allocations and one or more qualifications. Time allocations can be working times, attendances,or absences for example. The total of these time allocations provides the temporal availability of a business partner.

Before you can use the functions of the WFM Core, you have to model the resources as WFM resources in the WFM Core.

• From the application, you can send dates for the groupware to the resources. This transfer works if the WFM resource in question has a corresponding resource in the groupware (groupware resource),
