/RPM/CAP_PLAN_INT - Capacity Planning Integration at the Portfolio Item Level

Purpose

You use this report for capacity planning for a portfolio item. Here, the capacity planning data isfilled for those capacity views for which you have set the item as Integration.You do this by choosing SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM)-> Global Customizing -> Portfolio-Independent Settings -> Define Financial and Capacity Views.The system processes the movement of data in accordance with the mapping maintained for the capacity views and groups for the cost element, or for the role function.

Integration

Prerequisites

1. You have executed the report /RPM/PLAN_INT_PREP.
2. You have defined the mapping of the data movement for the various cost categories and role functionsby choosing SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (SAP xRPM) -> Base System Interfaces -> Capacity Planning Settings -> Define Capacity Planning Settings.

• To indicate a simulation run, set the Test Modeindicator. You use this function to check whether errors occurred during the execution of the report.

• Portfolio ID

• Bucket ID

• Item ID (Portfolio Item ID)
