Purpose

You can use this report to transfer budget and planned costs from a portfolio item or item of initiative to the WBS element of a linked Project System (PS).,,

Integration

The SAP Portfolio and Project Management system is integrated with Project System (PS) in SAP ERP to download budget and planned costs from an item or item of initiative to the WBS element.

Prerequisites

You have configured the RFC destination for the Project System.

Features

• You can define at the portfolio level whether overall or yearly or both values can be transferred.

• You can define a planning period at the bucket level for transfer to SAP ERP.

• You can select a financial view for budget transfer or planned costs transfer, and select a CO version for these views.

Selection

General Options

Test Mode: To simulate a run, execute the report in test mode first byselecting the checkbox. You use this function to check whether errors occurred during the execution of the report. If no errors occur, execute the report in production mode.

PS Logical System

Destination System: You must select a PS logical system or destination system.

Portfolio/Bucket Selection

Select the corresponding portfolio ID or bucket ID.

Date Selection

Forecasted Date: Select a range of forecasted dates. If you do not enter a value, the forecasted date is ignored.

Planned Date: Select a range of planned dates. If you do not enter a value, the planned date is ignored.

Actual Date: Select a range of actual dates. If you do not enter a value, the actual date is ignored.

Item-Specific Selection

Item ID: Select a range of item IDs. If you do not enter a value, the item ID is ignored.

Item Type: Select a range of item types. If you do not enter a value, the item type is ignored.

Item Status: Select a range of item statuses. If you do not enter a value, the item status is ignored.

CO Version

Planned Costs: Define the CO version of PS costs that should be retrieved during the PS integration.

Standard Variants

Output

Data is transferred to the PS WBS element.

You can execute the transfer to SAP ERP in the background.
