Purpose

After upgrading to SAP xRPM 4.0 SP8, this report improves the performance for portfolios with a large number of portfolio items which have been created in SAP xRPM 4.0 SP7 and below.

Note: If you have already implemented both the SAP notes 997793 and 1006534 in SAP xRPM 4.0 SP7, you do not have to run this report.

Options

If you set the Test Mode (no DB Update) indicator, no database updates occur.

If you do not set this indicator, the database is updated and logs are stored.

Select Portfolio

In the Portfolio Name field, select a portfolio from the dropdown list. If you leave this field blank, all portfolios are selected.

Standard Variants

Output

A success message will be displayed. The performance will be improved.
