Purpose

You use this report to migrate documents from the initiative phase to the corresponding initiative decision points of SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0.

Integration

Prerequisites

Note: Migration is possible in the case of a one-box upgrade (that is, both the systems are deployedon the same portal server). Migration is not possible in the case of a two-box upgrade (that is, both systems are deployed on different portal servers).

Selection

General Options

Test Mode (No Database Update)

• ,,If you select the checkbox, the system does not update the database.

• ,,If you do not select the checkbox, the system updates the database and stores the logs.

Project Selection

Portfolio ID

Select the portfolio from the dropdown list. When you execute this report, the system migrates the documentsfrom all the phases of initiatives under this portfolio to the documents of initiative decision points in SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0. This is a mandatory field.

Bucket ID

Select the bucket from the dropdown list. The list of buckets is based on the portfolio selected inthe previous step. When you execute this report, the system migrates the documents from all the phasesof initiatives under this portfolio and under this bucket to the documents of initiative decision pointsin SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0. If you leave this field empty, the system migrates all objects in the specified portfolio.

Standard Variants

Output

Based on your selection options, documents of initiative phases in SAP xRPM 4.5 are migrated to initiative decision points in SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0.
