Purpose

You use this report to migrate a collaboration room (cRoom) for SAP xRPM 4.5 projects to a cRoom for portfolio items in SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have created the Web service port needed to connect the cRooms with SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0. To do this, you use the Customizing activityCreate Logical Ports.

Note: Migration is only possible in the case of one-box upgrade (that is, both the systems are deployed on the same portal).

General Options

Test Mode (No Database Update)

• ,,If you select this checkbox, the system does not update the database.

• ,,If you do not select this checkbox, the system updates the database and stores the logs.

Logical Port Name

Logical Port Name: Select a logical port from the search help list. If you leave this field blank, cRooms are not migrated.

Standard Variants

Output

cRooms for projects in SAP xRPM 4.5 are migrated as cRooms for portfolio items in SAP Portfolio and Project Management 5.0.
