Description

You can use this report to select and display theATPtree structures that exist in the SAP APO database. This display is used for detailed analysis of check data and is aimed primarily at developers and those interested from a technical viewpoint.

Selection

The selection can be restricted to:

  • User
The user is dependent on the connected system and the process. If the ATP tree structure has been generated from SAP R/3, enter the SAP R/3 user here. If the ATP tree structure has been generated frombackorder processing, enter the SAP APO user.
  • Generation period
Time of generation of ATP tree structure in UTC.
  • Particular products/locations
If the selection is restricted to products and/or locations, you can also define that access to the selection be made via theanchor requirements group.
  • Order numbers and items
  • Type of OLTP object (sales order corresponds to '3')
  • Active and / or passive ATP tree structures
  • Defining the display variants for the output

Requirements

Persistent ATP tree structures for the relevant selection must exist in the database.

Output

Depending on the display variant that you selected in the access, the ATP tree structures are displayed.

The display contains two subscreens. The ATP tree structures are shown on the left subscreen; their detailed data is shown on the right subscreen, depending on the selected ATP tree structure level.

Standard Display (ATP requirements group/ ATP requirements/ ATP requirement schedule lines)

The following levels are displayed:

  • Anchor (ATP) requirements group
Anchor (ATP) requirements groups contain ATP requirements that have been transferred from theOLTPsystem to the ATP check. The main items of a sales order or the subitems generated in a product substitution via the rules-based ATP check, form an ATP requirements group.
  • Possible subsequent ATP requirements groups (that can consist of one or more ATP requirements)
SubsequentATP requirements groups have a requirement type that selects if it is an ATP requirements group, for example, that has resulted from a rules-based ATP check (S) or from a multilevel ATP check (C).

On the left subscreen you can select an ATP requirements group by double-clicking on it. Only the detaileddata for this ATP requirements group is then shown on the right-hand side. You can select the arrowto the left of the ATP requirements group to expand the lower level of the ATP requirements; in otherwords, all ATP requirements that exist for this ATP requirements group are displayed. If you selectthe arrow next to the ATP requirement, the ATP requirement schedule lines of this ATP requirement aredisplayed. If you double-click on the ATP requirement or the ATP requirements schedule line, only thedata for the selected level is displayed on the right subscreen. You can also navigate through the datafor the ATP tree structure by double-clicking on a row in the upper three windows on the right-hand side of the screen.

You can navigate on the right subscreen by double-clicking on individual rows on the left subscreen.Only the data for the selection is displayed. This function is only possible in a restricted way in the other display variants.

Display variant: sales order / product / location

The OLTP orders (SD sales documents) are displayed as points of entry. Below these are the ATP requirement(s) (item, location product), and below that the ATP requirement schedule line(s).

Display variant: product / location

The locationproducts are displayed as points of entry for the ATP tree structure. Below them are the ATP requirements, ATP requirement schedule lines and, if necessary, subsequent ATP requirement groups, and so on.

You can show and hide the GUIDs (technical keys for various data).

For an item, several passive ATP tree structures can exist simultaneously, but only ever one active ATP tree structure.
