Purpose

This report manages the inbound queues for WFM groupware integration.

For messages that are sent between the WFM Core system and the CRM middleware system to be processed without errors, you have to register and activate inbound queues.

Integration

Because groupware integration is realized using CRM middleware, you require a CRM system.

Prerequisites

The RFC connection to the CRM system in which groupware integration using CRM middleware is active must be made known. To do so, complete theAssign RFC Destination to CRM Middleware IMG activity.
