Purpose

Using this report you can display the global tables for the production confirmations which are used by the production confirmation processes at run time.

Prerequisites

Features

Primarily the report can only be used to display the most important global tables for the productionconfirmation for analysis purposes. The function Change View allows youto split the table and display it on two different tab pages. You can select for every table whether it should be displayed on the upper or the lower tab page.

Furthermore, additional functions are also available. On the tab page Orderthe following additional functions are available (some of these are only available in the tool bar and cannot be found in the context menu):

• Display Order: Displays the details for a selected manufacturing order.

• Display Backflushes: Displays the confirmations for all selected orders.

• Reporting Point Tables for Order: This function is only available ifversions of reporting point structures have been read. In this case the valid version of the reporting point structure is determined from the general tables for the particular order specified and then displayed.

• If this function was executed, the function Change Active Reporting Pointis available on the Reporting Point (order) tab page. Using this function you can change the mode.

• Check IO Node: Calculates the quantity of IO nodes again

• Check Activities: Determines the order activities again

• Check Everything: Checks IO nodes and activities

• Display PDS: Determines the output of the Production Data Structure (PDS) for the selected order.

Selection

The selection of orders takes place using the external order number.

• You can determine whether reporting points are selected.

• If no reporting points are selected, you can determine whether the reportingpoint assignments of the input/output nodes should be checked, or whether they should simplybe taken from the PDS. If no check of IO nodes takes place, the reportingpoint assignments of the input/output node are displayed directly from the PDS. Otherwise the reporting point assignments of the input/output nodes are checked and adjusted if necessary.

• In addition to orders, you can also select the corresponding confimrations.

• Orders that have not yet been confirmed can also be selected.

The output is in the form of tab page, as long as you have not selected the old list display on the access screen.
