Title

Deleting user settings in the product planning table.

Purpose

Using this program you can delete user-specific settings in the product planning table and product view, if you do no longer require them.

Integration

The settings are loaded from Customizing when initially accessing the particular transaction for thefirst time, and are saved as an separate copy. You can subsequently load settings from Customizing via the dialog window "User settings" and the "Load variants from Customizing".

Using report /SAPAPO/PT_COPY_USER you can copy individual settings from one user to another, so that both users have the same conditions. This is useful for tests.

Selection

The user settings are characterized by three key fields:

• User name (UNAME)

• Application (PT_USAGE), for example PPT_INH for product planning table, RRP_ORD for product view

• User variants (PT_UPVAR), the name that the user used to save the settings.

The user-specific settings that fulfil the entered selection criteria are deleted from the database.
