Purpose

The fields planning version, location ID and line ID are included in the database table /SAPAPO/RET_HEAD to simplify the restrictions maintenance as these fields are all logical key fields.

Integration

Prerequisites

The database must be consistent before you execute the XPRA. Therefore, we recommend that you first execute the program /SAPAPO/RET_DEL_FLAGGED_RETS to delete all restrictions that are flagged for deletion.

Features

The XPRA fills the fields APOVERS, LOCID, PNGUID in the database table with values that are copied from the view /SAPAPO/RET_VIEW. The values that are copied are:
Restriction ID, location ID and line ID

The XPRA is client-independent. When the XPRA is executed for a second time, then only these three fields that have the value "initial" are filled.

Selection

Only restrictions for which the fields APOVERS, LOCID and PNGUID are blank in the database table /SAPAPO/RET_HEAD are selected.
