Title

Transfer product allocation quantities into a planning area.

Purpose

When you carry out planning again, you must transfer the data (incoming orders quantity, and if necessary product allocation quantities) from theproduct allocation group into a planning area.

Thereafter, carry out planning and transfer the data from the planning area into the product allocation group.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You have created a planning area for planning

• You have defined a planning map

• You have defined the connection from the product allocation group to the planning area

Features

Selection

• Select a product allocation group

• Define the transfer period

• You can set the following indicators for the scope of the transfer:

• Transfer incoming orders quantity

If you have set this indicator, the incoming order quantities are supplied from the product allocation group during data transfer.

• Transfer product allocations

If you have set this indicator, the product allocation quantities are supplied by the product allocation group during data transfer.
