Purpose

You use this report to monitor activities for the OLTP generation of deliveries or the transfer of planned shipments to the OLTP system. This enables you to recognize errors at an early point in time.

Prerequisites

Features

This report shows inconsistencies such as when the transfer due date for documents is exceeded. Thiscould be caused if the release check for shipments is not executed or by delays in job processing. Thereport also shows if documents have been sent more than once. If there is no confirmation from the OLTPsystem for the creation of a delivery or shipment, this is displayed with a red traffic light. This report allows you to determine and display the durations of document processing in the OLTP system.

The report has the following structure:

Type: ORD for preceding documents for deliveries, SHP for planned shipments

Document: Number of preceding document or shipments

Item: Item number for preceding documents

Transfer: Transfer status: This is a red light if publication has already been triggered for the document, otherwise it is green.

Duration: Transfer duration: That is the time since the start of publication

Due Date: Due date status: This is a red light if the due date has been passed; green if the due date is in the future

Duration: Due date duration; that is, the time to have passed since the due date was exceeded

Start location: Always filled for shipments; only filled for preceding documents if there is requirement relevance at the location (output nodes in liveCache)

Target location: Always filled for shipments; only filled for preceding documents if there is requirement relevance at the location (input nodes in liveCache)

You can call this report under SAP Menu → Transportation Planning/VehicleScheduling → Environment → OLTP Interface → OLTP Publication Monitor or using interactive planning (menu option Goto → OLTP Publication Monitor).
