Purpose

This Report provides for a special kind of alert, informing the addressee an Option Contract is readyfor Exercise. The report looks for Documents of Business Type SRM Contract (BUS2000113) that are definedas 'Option Documents' in Customizing (IMG -> Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Industry-Specific Solutions -> Government Procurement -> Option Line Documents -> Define Option Document Transaction Types).
