Purpose

You use this report to change the processing status of a customs declaration or customs shipment. The following two scenarios are supported:

1. The document has status "Document Sent"

If you communicate with the customs authorities automatically, it is possible that you may not receivereplies to certain messages. To put a customs shipment or customs declaration back in processing, run this report with the "Reset Status" option.

2. The document has status "Document Completed"

The status can be set to "Document Completed" by the report for completing documents or through manualcompletion. If this status was set too soon and you still have to make changes to the document, run the report with the "Cancel Document Completion" option.

Integration

Prerequisites

The customs shipment or customs declaration has status "Document Sent" or "Document Completed".

Selection

You can select by organizational data, target procedure, document number, and document year. Choose a processing option.

Standard Variants

Output

A list of customs shipments and customs declarations that meet your selection criteria is displayed.

Activities

1. Select a line.

2a. Press the "Display" button to display the full customs shipment or customs declarations before processing

2b. Press the "Cancel Completion" or "Reset Status" button to process the selected item. After processing,a message appears indicating whether processing was successful. If it was, the line is removed from the displayed.
