Purpose

This report is used to group and further process cancellation transactions for goods receipts that have already been put into the customs warehousing procedure by customs.

Selection

The same selection criteria are provided as those for the declaration for the customs warehousing procedurefrom the worklist for imports (for example, foreign trade organization data, material document data, and product data).

Standard Variants

Output

In accordance with the selection criteria, the system displays suitable cancellation transactions for which a goods receipt has already been put into the customs warehousing procedure.

Activities

The quantity in the cancellation transaction is deducted from the oldest duty-unpaid receipt, thus reducingthe duty-unpaid quantity that has already been put into the customs warehouse. A customs process document is created for documentation purposes.
