Purpose

With this report, you create the placement into a customs status for goods receipts (material document items).
The system issues a list of the material document items that have been transferred to SAP GTS. Fromthe output list, you can select the material document items and create a customs import shipment. Eachmaterial document item corresponds to one customs shipment item. The customs shipment forms the basis for communicating with the customs authorities.

Features

This report displays only material document items containing unrestricted-use quantities. The unrestricted-usequantity is the part of the material document quantity that can still be put into a customs status. Material document cancellations reduce the unrestricted-use quantity.

The following main functions can be used:

• Declaration of partial quantities

• Deletion of a full material document item or partial quantities of the item

Selection

When this report is executed, database enqueues are required at material document number level. If possible, restrict the selection to feeder system documents.
