Purpose

This report provides you with a list of material document items that can no longer be transferred to a customs procedure and are therefore obsolete.

Reasons for obsolete procedures are:

• Material document item was cancelled in the interim

• When the electronic processing notification from the customs authorities is received, registeredentries should be removed from the customs worklist. The corresponding customs shipment is already processed when the processing notification is processed and is therefore unaffected by any possible changes.

You can select and delete material document items from the output list. The selected entries are deleted from the customs worklist and are transferred to the completed transaction file.

It makes sense to run this report once a day in the background.
