Purpose

This report selects data based on billing documents, to compile the Intrastat statistics later. In thiscase, the system only selects intercompany billing, to generate receipt messages for the bill-to party.The system displays the selected data or forwards it to SAP Electronic Compliance Reporting (SAP ECR) by SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).

The system selects all the billing documents that meet the following criteria:

• Have an "Export" flag

• Contain goods movements that took place within the European Community

• Date (FBUDA or FKDAT) lies in the selected period

• Relevant for FI

• Already in FI or no longer blocked for posting in RF
