Purpose

This report enables you to display the corresponding worklist for every GTS-relevant logistics goods movement.

Integration

You can navigate from this overview to the following worklists:

Processes with inbound delivery reference

Internal customs warehouse movements

Domestic issues

Completed domestic issues

To do so, simply click the material document number or worklist category. Once you have performed the functions there, you return to the overview.

Maintain the following required-entry fields:

Foreign trade organizational unit

Legal regulation

You can also restrict the material document reference, the product number, the customs ID, the date, and the category of the goods movement.

The category of the goods movement is determined using the movement type categorized in the feeder system.Only a limited set of categories are available as permitted values in this report. All other categories can be viewed in the "Transactions with Delivery Reference" and "Total Overview: Logistics Worklists" worklists.

The creation date in the worklist is also available as a selection criterion. The following rules apply:

Today: All records that have todays date are selected

This week: All records from the last seven days (including today) are selected

Other date: You can specify any period or time in the adjacent "Date" interval. To enter data inthese fields, you must select the "Other Date" radio button first. If the "Other Date" radio button is not selected, any data is ignored.
