Purpose

This program is intended to provide an overview of the SPL data that is relevant to archiving when SPL master data is about to be archived.

Selection

In addition to the legal regulation, you have to enter a date by which data archiving is to be performed;that is, all SPL entities will be archived if they have been deleted by the date specified. If you want to archive all the SPL data in the system, enter the date 12/31/9999 23:59:59.

The selection parameters match the parameters of the program for archiving SPL master data.

Standard Variants

Output

Similar to the other monitoring functions, the system outputs a list of relevant data in the ALV Grid Standard.
