Purpose

This report deletes personalized default values for purchase order (PO) items for one or more user IDs or for all users. It is intended mainly for system administrators.

The report performs the following operations:

• Display the defined default values for PO items

• Delete the defined default values for PO items for selected users

Selection

Enter a user ID and choose Execute (F8). The report then deletes any default values for this user ID.

You can also display the defined default values without deleting them. To do so, select the Display checkbox.

Output

The output of this report is one of the following:

• A list of the defined default values for PO items of the selected users

• Deletion of the default values for PO items for one or more user IDs or for all users
