/SCDL/R_DLV_XPRA_PC_70 - XPRA for Process Code Profiles in EWM 7.0

Purpose

Report /SCDL/R_DLV_XPRA_PC_70 is an XPRA . It is executed during an upgrade from Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) 5.0 to 5.1 or from SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) 5.0 to 5.1.

If there is a failure during the upgrade, meaning there is no guarantee that the XPRA has been successfully completed, you can restart the XPRA. This execution takes a few seconds.

Integration

If the XPRA does not run during the upgrade and is not restarted, some exception processes in EWM donot work properly. For example, you get an error message when you try to reduce the quantity or try to a reject an inbound delivery.

If you have created new process code profiles for new processes that must not use process code I001, for example, the goods receipt for repetitive manufacturing, you must not run the report again. In this case, use the standard Customizing transaction to activate the process code for existing profiles.

Activities

This XPRA adds entries to the Customizing table for Process Codes in the EWM delivery.

In EWM 5.0 and 5.1, process code I001 was obligatory and therefore active in allProcess CodeProfiles for inbound delivery standard items. For new releases, this process code can be switched off to support new functions.

This XPRA report adds process code I001 to existing process code profiles for standard items in inbound deliveries. Afterwards, all existing profiles work as they did before the upgrade.

The report creates an entry in table /SCDL/TPC_CATTR with process code (PRCODE) I001 for all entriesin table /SCDL/TPC_CPROF with system profile (SPROFILE) /SCWM/INB_PRD_DLV. This change is similar to adding the entry I001 at the Process Codes level in IMG activityMaintain Process Code Profiles.
