Purpose

This transaction activates all necessary Order Data Areas,Order Data Types and Components of Order Document Management (ODM). for each order document type of Supply Chain Execution.
In the process, only the ODM objects that are also used by Supply Chain Execution are taken into account.

Activities

Carry out this transaction to activate (or implement) the ODM settings after installation and after each Customizing transport (that contains ODM settings) in the target system.

You can carry out this transaction several times consecutively because already activated objects are ignored in the case of repeated execution.

Note that the execution of the transaction can take some minutes.

If necessary, you can generate and activate the ODM objects (order data area, order data type, componentsindividually in Customizing. For more information refer to the Implementation Guide for Order Document Management underActivate Settings in Order Document Management and Generate Settings in Order Document Management.
