Purpose

You can use this report to check and correct inconsistencies in the Handling-Unit Reference table /SCWM/HUREF.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

It handles the following error situations:

• The field OBJREF is initial in the HU header /SCWM/HUHDR, but one ormore HU items have a reference (QDOCID) for a delivery. An error message is placed in the protocol and the the HU header is corrected.

• A handling unit reference(/SCWM/HUREF) is missing for the HU. In this case an error message is placed in the protocol and the missing line is inserted into the handling unit reference table.

• In the case of mixed HUs, if some HU items within the HU hierarchy have an object reference and others do not have a reference, a warning message is placed in the protocol.

• In the case of a superfluous entry in the Handling-Unit Reference table (/SCWM/HUREF) an error message is placed into the protocol and the superfluous entry is deleted.

• The HU in the Handling-Unit Reference table (/SCWM/HUREF) is not an top HU. In this case an error message is placed into the protocol and the wrong entry is deleted.

• If there is an invalid GUID_HU in the Handling-Unit Reference table /SCWM/HUREF, an error message is placed into the protocol and the invalid entry is deleted.

Selection

The following selection parameters are available:

• P_LGNUM: Parameter Warehouse Number

• P_OERR: Checkbox: Show only errors

• P_TEST: Checkbox: Simulation

• P_DLV: Radio button: Selection via Delivery. The check-relevant entries from the table /SCWM/HUREF are selected via deliveries

• S_DOCCAT: Parameter for the document category, without extensions and intervals

• S_DOCNO: Selection option for delivery document numbers

• P_DEL_HU: Check for Invalid and Deleted HU GUIDs: If you select this indicator, the records in the table /SCWM/HUREF with invalid reference to HUs are determined.

• P_HU: Selection via Handling Units: The check-relevant entries from the table /SCWM/HUREF are selected via HUs.

• S_HU: Selection option for handling units

Standard Variants

Output

The protocol contains the following information:

• TOPHU: Handling unit identification of the top HU of the HU hierarchy.

• LINE_ID: The type of the protocol line. The following types are defined:

• HU Hdr.: Relevant GUIDs from the HU header

• HU ref: Relevant GUIDs from the HU reference

• Ins. HU ref: Entry to be inserted into the /SCWM/HUREF

• Del. HU ref: Entry to be deleted from the /SCWM/HUREF

• Messages: Message protocol to the HU

• ICON: Message type: Error, Warning or Success. If you click on the hotspot, the error message(s) are displayed on the screen

• DOCCAT: Document category for document reference and document related stocks

• DOCNO: Document number

• DOCID: Document identification for document related stocks

• GUID_HU: Unique internal identification of a handling unit.

Activities

The following fields in the protocol are defined as hotspots:

• TOPHU: If you click on this field, a detailed view of the top HU is shown

• ICON: If you click on this field, the stored protocol message(s) for the line are shown

• DOCNO: If you click on this field, a detailed view of the delivery is shown

• DOCID: If you click on this field, a detailed view of the delivery is shown

• GUID_HU: If you click on this field, a detailed view of the top HU is shown
