Purpose

You have run some checks and saved the check log that contains the results for further analysis. After correcting the reported issues, you want to delete the logs.

Activities

1. Call up transaction /SCWM/CHM_LOGD.
2. Specify the selection criteria to delete the logs.
3. In the Option screen area, specify whether you want to have the list of logs to be deleted displayed before deletion.
4. Choose the Execute pushbutton to delete the logs.

1. Call up transaction /SCWM/CHM_LOGD.
2. Specify the selection criteria to delete the logs.
3. Save a variant with these settings.
4. In transaction SM36, schedule a job to run your variant on a regular basis (for example, weekly) to delete expired logs.
