Purpose

You can use the Start Measurement Services program to start the tailored or calculated measurement service that you have defined.

Starting this program in the background on a regular basis provides you with a tool for monitoring your key figures.

Activities

• You can select as many tailored and calculated measurement services for a specific warehouse as you require.

• If you want to store the results in the database, select Update Database Table.

• If you want to export the results to a logical file, select Write Logical File and enter a Logical File Name.

• If you want to export the results to a local file, select Write Local File and enter a Local File Name.

• If you want measurement services to trigger an exception code if the corresponding thresholds are violated, select Trigger Exception.
