Title

Purpose

Searching specifications

Purpose of the report is to import easily specification data. The report is spited in 3 parts. Searching of specifications, correction of import data file, filtering from specification data from import data file.

The default settings are:

Search specification with SUBID

Update all information

Delete data owner

Don't replace specification type and authorization group

Set no prefix for specifications

Correction of import data file

If the import data file contains a specification type or authorization group which are not defined inthe system, you can replace it with default values. Furthermore you can delete the data owner. If specificationsuse internal numbers for SUBIDs, you have the possibility to set a prefix. In this case the specificationsare placed in the external number range and can be imported without trouble. You can define that pure substances don't get this prefix too.

Filter

If you want to filter out a property or an identifer, you have to maintained the filter block.

Example Property: ZPDM_1028_012

The property will be filtered out.

If you define a property tree, you get only these properties which are included in this property tree. If you like to create the specification header only. Please choose the property tree of pure substance CP_PURE.
