Purpose

You use this report to perform a test run for the registration management workflow. If the workflowconfiguration is correct, the report creates a technical object as basis for the workflow and steps through the workflow for registration projects.

Features

The test run is only successful if the following configuration settings are correct:

• Customizing for the workflow is correct.

• Event coupling is available and active.

• Roles exist and assignment of users is correct.

• Workflow template configuration is correct.

Selection

The following selection options are available:

• Only Create PCO; Do Not Test

If you select the checkbox, the test is not started. Only the technical object is created.

• Specification

Enter the specification that you want to start the test run for. Use a specification and legal entityfor which no workflow has been started yet. You can create specifications in transaction Specification Workbench (CG02BD).

• Legal Entity

Enter the legal entity that you want to start the workflow for. Use a specification and legal entityfor which no workflow was started yet. You can create legal entities in Customizing for SAPProduct and REACH Compliance under Organizational Data -> Specify Legal Entities.

Standard Variants

Output

The workflow configuration is correct if no errors occur during the test run.
