/AIN/IF_MSG_SRL_QUEUE_PUT - Get message from queue

Functionality

This function take care to convert message, get Queue Name and to put message in queue using such algorithm:

1.,,Map message into internal structure

2.,,Get Queue ID for message by calling /AIN/IF_MSG_QUEUE_ID_GET

3.,,Split message into few (if different queue IDs get back)

4.,,Put message in named queue (qRFC call to /AIN/IF_DCOBSERVMSG_PROCESS)

If message type after convertion from XML is not observation, message will be put in common queue.
