Functionality

This function reads one or several RWBS users (organisational function, authorisation and default logon store). It is used in RWBS responsibility management (front/backend) to display the list of user from a selection.

Depending on the input parameters, it retrieves :

all users of a store (I_LOCTO)

A user for a specific store (I_LOCTO and I_USER)

A user for a specific store by its RWBS ID (I_TREE_LAYOUT_KEY)
