Functionality

This function is used in the detail view of the SUI responsibility management (front-end). It readsthe responsibilities assigned to a user / store (identified by the tree layout key) when the responsibilitytype is by merchandise category hierarchy. It returns the list of users belonging to the requested hierarchy node.
