Functionality

This function reads and returns DIF definition entries and texts.

Features:

• Different access types.

• For access type 1, it creates an F&R exception (exception 500) for each DIFID that does not have an existing definition in the database.

• Optional read of language-dependent short text.

• No buffering, main memory buffering is active for the tables.
