Functionality

Writes DIF delta records to database table /FRE/DIF_DELTA.

The function has both an update and a modify mode:

• Update:

• Existing records with valid-from date higher than the new record are updated.

• New records are inserted.

• Modify:

• Existing records are updated with new valid-from date.

• If I_CHECK_STATUS is set, only records with status = "processed by FRP sequence 1" are updated
