Functionality

Checks whether a particular value of the reference field of a DIF Occurrence is already in use. Thischeck is required for the inbound interface, since the reference field of a DIF Occurrence representsthe 'key' of a DIF Occurrence for an external system. Therefore, the values of the DIF Occurrence reference field must be kept.

Features:

• Buffering the results of former accesses with option to bypass and refresh the buffer

• Returns number of the DIF Occurrence that uses the value of the reference field
