Functionality

This function module checks whether the imported date is a weekday or a working day.

• Weekdays are all of those days that are identified as such in the factory calendar (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri).

• Working days are all of the weekdays apart from public holidays. Week days that are also public holidays do not count as working days.

Public holidays are taken from the public holiday calendar that is assigned to the factory calendar.

Example

May 1 may be a weekday, but it is not necessarily a working day (for example, in Germany).
