Functionality

This function module is RFC-enabled. It carries out both sequential and parallel processing of referencemodules. For each reference module that is transferred, it calls function module /FRE/FU/HIST_READ_HISTORIC_DATAto compile the data and function module /FRE/FU_HIST_CALC_HISTORIC_DATA to calculate the artificial history.

When the artificial history has been created for a reference module, any exception messages are writtento the database and a commit is executed before the next reference module is processed. If errors occurredwhile processing a reference module, a rollback is executed, the exception error messages are written to the database, and a commit is executed.
