/INCMD/GROUP_MAINT_FROM_XML - Create/Change INC Groups based on XML Upload

Functionality

This Function Module takes in the transformed XML file data into INC Data Structures and pass them into the standard INCMD service /INCMD/GROUP_MAINT to create/change groups.

Basically the groups are maintained in XML data structures with ICNO starting with '$' as the link shouldbe maintained between header data,item data and location data. Inside the function group,the external names should be deleted if they start by '$" and then passed on to the INCMD service.
