Functionality

Calculate next month date. Also adjust the day of the date if day is not correct

for the month.

Example

Example 1:

Value passed: 01/31/2000

Value returned: 02/29/2000

Example 2:

Value passed: 03/30/2000

Value returned: 04/30/2000
