Functionality

Converts the date and time input in one time zone to the date and time in another time zone.

Steps:

1.,,Convert the input time into equivalent in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time).

2.,,Convert the UTC timestamp from Step 1 into the equivalent in the requested time zone.
